Katie Wardle
My yoga journey started as a physical fitness class; it wasn’t until I undertook my teacher training that I started to appreciate the different elements of yoga. I now teach at my gym, and private clients, and I weave in the different aspects of yoga to ensure the students get the most out of their practice.
Laura Hastie
For me yoga began as a way to relieve pain in my joints. Many years on it has become so much more! It keeps me sane and grounded and I love sharing that feeling in my classes. Seeing the growth in people is the most amazing thing.
Olivia Jones
As a dance teacher, I’ve always held importance in moving my body to feel good & to deal with the stresses of life.. Yoga allows me to better understand myself & the world around me, I hope I can give people these tools through my teaching. I am passionate about creating an inclusive & friendly space to practice in. Giggles in classes are my favourite thing.

I fell in love with yoga because I was finally able to connect, process and express my emotions. In my classes I encourage playfulness in poses to find ways to explore what feels good, giving freedom to move how you want to move!
