Wholeness: the body as our true home
When we are whole we are healthy, when we are segmented we become ill.
In this course we explore what disease (dis-ease in the body) is from a shamanic perspective and what it means to take back responsibility for our own health with a new level of awareness. We also will look at trauma and how it affects the soul and our loss of power, vitality and energy levels.
The course will include:
- The 6 shamanic reasons for illness
- Embodiment techniques – The link between yoga and shamanism
- Making visible the unseen body
- The concept of Power and tapping into additional power when needed
- Soul Loss – Symptoms and Reuniting
- Techniques for soul healing from shamanic traditions
- Integration work and Prevention of fragmentation
- How to feel confident restoring others back to wholeness

This intensive course will comprise of 4 workshops on Saturday afternoons. the first 3 will be from 12:30 -6:30pm and the final Saturday will be 12:30-8:30pm.
This course is suitable for those who have completed Shamanism Level 1, or who have done previous shamanic work. It would also be beneficial for yoga therapists, or people working in a field of 1:1 client based work, to give additional insight to understanding health.

All weekend sessions will take place at City Yoga, Birmingham City Centre.
Weekend 1 – Saturday 12:30-6:30pm (date TBC)

Weekend 3 – Saturday 12:30 – 6:30pm (date TBC)
Weekend 4 – Saturday 12:30 – 8:30pm (date TBC)
The cost for the 4-week course will be £445 – Early Bird discount is available if you pay in full before 28th September 2018 (saving of £50)
You must have completed Shamanism Level 1, before applying for a place on this course.
