The trainer plus is an intensive training over 6 months and consists of 4 separate modules:
Dates for August 2020 Intake – Graduation February 2021
Module 1 – Understanding the Dimensions of Yoga
- 2 Intro weekend – Saturday & Sunday (9:30am – 6pm) 22nd/23rd, 29th/30th August 2020 (34 hours)
- 7 day UK Retreat – Your Journey to Power – 12th- 19th Sept (83 hours)
Module 2 – Teaching Yoga
4 weekends – Saturday & Sunday (9:30am – 6pm)
3rd/4th , 10th/11th , 24th/25th, 31st October/ 1st Nov 2020 (68 hours)
Module 3 – Process, Study, Practice
November 7 December 2020 (28 hours)
Module 4 – Reaching your Fullest Potential
4 weekends – Saturday & Sunday (9:30am – 6pm)
9th /10th, 16th/17th, 30/31st January, 6th/7th February 2021 (68 hours)
Final Teaching assessment & Graduation Ceremony
20th/21st February 2021
Who will be teaching?
Richard George – qualified Yoga Alliance Professional Senior Teacher, will teach the majority of contact hours for the 2018 intake.
Claire Jukes – will be joining us for a day of teaching Yin Yoga and also a further afternoon on teaching Pregnant ladies.
Deborah Richmond – will be assisting on the UK retreat.
