RelationShift is a yearly gathering of like-minded thinkers and doers. Co-creating a community for growth and sharing. Each year has its own theme and new members are welcome to join the tribe.

As human beings, our deepest nature is to act from a place of belonging and connection. We invite you for a weekend of yoga, meditation, laughter, celebration and nourishing food to take a break from your everyday life.

Current thinking in the fields of anatomy suggest that the human body is not separate, but indeed a complete whole, interconnected, self-sustaining, intimate structure of intelligence and movement. Perhaps we can learn from this and explore how this teaching can assist in our relationships.

Now is not a time to create alone. It is the time to share our ideas and support each other to get them out into the world and inspire others by doing so.

Meals will be provided and will all be vegan and gluten free. Examples of menu include; lentil shepherds pie, coconut curry with quinoa, healthy salads and healthy nibbles and snacks.

Price for the weekend retreat, meals, and tuition:

Super Early bird £165 – if booked before 26th Nov 2019 (new moon)

Early Bird – £185 – If booked before 23rd Feb 2020 (new moon)

Regular Price – £205 – If booked after 23rd Feb 2020 (new moon)

Payment is required in full for place to be guaranteed.

You will need to bring your own bed linen and towels but Bed linen can be hired at an additional charge of £8 per person.

* Unfortunately we do not offer refunds but we are happy to transfer your payment to another retreat or course.

Arrival and Departure

We will meet after 6pm on Friday 28th February – the evening meal will be served at 8pm

Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided on Saturday

Breakfast and Lunch will be provided on Sunday 1st March and latest departure time is 4pm.

What to Bring:

Yoga mat, props, towel, toiletries, bed linen, any specialist food items or drinks to share. Clothes for moving, sleeping and relaxing. Suitable clothes for outdoors, torch.

* We do not encourage alcohol or recreational drugs on this workshop, as it will take you away from the full experience of connection to others. We also advise you to be mindful of what you are putting into your bodies the week before.
