She enjoys the philosophy of yoga, making her teachings relevant on and off the mat. Yoga energetics excite her as she also combines reiki healing. She teaches yoga at studios online and across Birmingham. Many years on it has become so much more! It keeps me sane and grounded and I love sharing that feeling in my classes. Yoga allows me to better understand myself &amp; the world around me, I hope I can give people these tools through my teaching. I am passionate about creating an inclusive &amp; friendly space to practice in. She believes in building community and holding space for students to discover their own self worth whilst learning and sharing.
