What if I need to cancel my place?
If for any reason you need to cancel your place, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so that we can offer your place to another. Deposit and payments made up to that date would unfortunately not be refunded.
Do you offer refunds?
Deposit and all other payments are non refundable. We do however invite you to attend the course for the next intake.
What if I want to pull out?
Rarely this happens but if for personal reasons you need to pull out of the course no refund will be given. However, you may be offered a place to complete the modules missed and complete the course the following year with the Course Tutor’s discretion.
What if the course is cancelled?
We will notify the students at the first available date, to inform them if the course will be cancelled. In these circumstances only a full refund will be issued.
What if I have any concerns during the course?
Please report any concerns immediately to your Student Mentor or Course Tutor; an informal chat is usually all that is required to sort things out. If further action is required then a formal written complaint can be emailed to email@example.com where someone will respond to this within 7 days. Your complaint will remain anonymous if requested.
If for any unforeseen circumstance a full answer cannot be given within 7 days, you will be contacted with the reason why and when a full answer can be expected.
What happens after the course?
If successful in passing all assessments and homework, you will be issued with a certificate, and you will be a fully qualified yoga teacher. We also be offer post course on-going training for further study and support. As a graduate of CSY, we highly encourage that you. continue your learning each year to keep you up to date with current thoughts and teachings in the contemporary yoga scene.
Code of Conduct
All students will be issued with a code of conduct to be signed and agreed by all on the first day of the in-person training course.
