Subtle Body Training
Want to train your knowledge of yoga, but don’t want to become a teacher?

This is for students who have completed Foundation (Level 1) and would like to delve deeper into yoga wisdom and subtle body training.
The course will include:
- Introduction to invisible anatomy
- Understanding Koshas, Nadis and Energy
- In depth chakra study
- Asana, mudra and meditations for each chakra
- The philosophy of the chakras
- Illnesses linked to the chakra system
Full Printed Manual will be issued on first week of training!
This intensive course will comprise of 4 – Six hour workshops on Saturday afternoons from 12-6pm, and one final 2 hour Saturday afternoon workshop.
Total Contact Hours = 26
This course is not suitable for beginners. You must have completed our Foundation Level 1 training, and be familiar with yoga postures and simple pranayama and meditation techniques.
When & Where
All weekend sessions will take place at yogasweat, Birmingham City Centre.
Week 1 – Intro to Subtle Body – Koshas – Nadis & Chakras (6 hours)
Week 2 – Chakra 1 & 2 (6 hours)
Week 3 – Chakra 3 & 4 (6 hours)
Week 4 – Chakra 5, 6 & 7 (6 hours)
Week 5 – Complete Chakra Practice (2 hours)
The cost for the 4-week course will be £450 – Early Bird discount is available if you pay the full amount one month in advance (saving of £50)
Our Foundation (Level 2) – Subtle Body Training is intended for students who would like to develop their knowledge of yoga further without wanting to train as a yoga teacher, but can also be taken by anyone with a regular yoga practice and is interested in knowing more about the invisible body and energy anatomy.
