Amanda embraces the spiritual, soulful aspects of yoga and weaves it with creative vinyasa flow, yin and meditation. She enjoys the philosophy of yoga, making her teachings relevant on and off the mat. Yoga energetics excite her as she also combines reiki healing. Yoga is a way of coming home.
I found my stability through my yoga practice when all around me was in chaos. I found my place of peace, strength and steadfastness. I found my divine light and I knew I needed to help others find theirs.

Harriet is a friendly and approachable teacher. She teaches yoga at studios online and across Birmingham. She also hosts the popular Lunar Circle, a women’s circle that explores womanhood through movement and meditation.
My yoga journey started as a physical fitness class; it wasn’t until I undertook my teacher training that I started to appreciate the different elements of yoga. I now teach at my gym, and private clients, and I weave in the different aspects of yoga to ensure the students get the most out of their practice.
For me yoga began as a way to relieve pain in my joints. Many years on it has become so much more! It keeps me sane and grounded and I love sharing that feeling in my classes. Seeing the growth in people is the most amazing thing.
As a dance teacher, I’ve always held importance in moving my body to feel good & to deal with the stresses of life.. Yoga allows me to better understand myself & the world around me, I hope I can give people these tools through my teaching. I am passionate about creating an inclusive & friendly space to practice in. Giggles in classes are my favourite thing.
Sarah graduated in 2019 and her community yoga group Embody Yoga is based in King’s Heath. Make Space Breathe focuses on collective care, through accessible mindfulness and yoga. She believes in building community and holding space for students to discover their own self worth whilst learning and sharing. She embodies nourishing living, slow, embodied movement and curiosity.
I fell in love with yoga because I was finally able to connect, process and express my emotions. In my classes I encourage playfulness in poses to find ways to explore what feels good, giving freedom to move how you want to move!
For me yoga is about bridging together, in a world of separateness whether that’s how we are disconnected from our bodies or the earth through a path of compassion.
